A total of 52 migrants were found dead in the desert near Séguédine in the center-east.
At the start of the war, 75 migrants were aboard three vehicles but were abandoned by their smugglers fearing the repression of the security forces.
According to security sources, several dozens of bodies were buried by elements of the national guard or the municipal police station in Séguédine.
Other migrants would still be missing.
According to medical sources, 23 migrants are still under observation at the Integrated Care Center (CSI) in Séguédine.
